Local Dining Coming Soon As a free service from the Vinton Palace Theatre for our customers and the community, we are providing a spot on our website that would allow local dining establishments to place a listing. This service is in response to many inquires we have recieved from patrons that drive from Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and surrounding communities. Below you will find an example of what your listing would look like on our site. As you can see, we include with the service a picture of your choice (a logo, etc), a title area that lists the name of your establishment, address, phone number, and a map to find your business in comparison to the theatre, and a short description of what your establishment offers. Our hours are 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. Weekdays and Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. A few questions you may have: Why would I want to do this? The Palace website has far exceeded our expectations since it was created. With over 630 local email addresses on file, we can reach hundreds of people with the click of a mouse. Website statistics include 2500+ unique visitor sessions per month, an average of 70+ visitor sessions per day. Every one of these people could potentially see your listing. The email list the Palace Theatre maintains is strictly for our own use and will not be made public for emailing by the establishments listed here, but the new listing may be mentioned in Palace advertising and initially, in a weekly email update to the 630+ subscribers. How will my listing appear? This service is first come, first serve. Restaurants will be listed on the page in the order their commitment to sign-up is received. How much is this going to cost me? The service is free to website visitors. There is a one-time set up charge of $100 for businesses. You listing is essentially free after that and will be in place indefinately. Any future changes you request will be billed out separetely at an hourly rate. Will I be provided any proof of value for listing my business here? If you provide us with an email address (or mailing address), Hicok Consulting will send limited statistics on the number of visitors to the listing page in a given period of time.
